Nick Dougherty

Nick is the Vice President of Digital at Mass General Brigham Health Plan. Nick served as Co-Founder and CEO before being named General Manager in 2015 after VerbalCare was acquired by Medical Specialties Distributors.​In addition to MassChallenge, Nick also serves as the co-chair of Together.Health, an organization focused on driving ecosystem-to-ecosystem collaboration to accelerate the adoption of innovative health solutions. He also guest lectures at Boston University on topics including healthcare and entrepreneurship.​Nick is a graduate of Boston University where he received his Bachelor's Degree in computer systems engineering and is professionally certified in 3D animation and graphic design. He also recorded a full-length album (available on iTunes and Spotify under the band name "Aquell").
