Stan Meresman

Stan is a board member, audit committee chair and an advisor to high-growth technology companies. He advises companies on preparing to be a public reporting company, going through the IPO process, operating as a public reporting company, and scaling the company for rapid growth. He is considered a financial expert. Stan has served in that capacity at four companies. He currently serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at both LinkedIn (LNKD) and Zynga (ZNGA), and previously at Riverbed Technology (RVBD) and Polycom (PLCM). He is also a member of the compensation and governance/nominating committees of LinkedIn, and member of the governance/nominating committee of Zynga. Stan is also a Board Member of private companies ModCloth and HyTrust. Earlier in his career, Stan was SVP & CFO for eight years at Silicon Graphics (SGI-NYSE) whose revenue growth approached $4 billion, and previously VP, Finance & Administration and CFO of Cypress Semiconductor (CY-NYSE) for which he took public. Stan earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.

 He has attended Stanford Law School Directors’ College corporate governance program.
