Otto Graff Navarro

Otto Graff is a partner and chief financial officer at IGNIA. In this role, Otto oversees all of IGNIA’s financial matters, including debt financing, equity fundraising for portfolio companies, treasury operations, financial reporting to investors, tax planning and compliance. Prior to joining IGNIA, Otto worked as a Risk Manager for Vitro, one of the largest glass manufacturers in the world, where he was responsible for the implementation and management of hedged portfolios of financial derivatives to mitigate exposure to natural gas, exchange rate, and interest rate volatility. Previously, Otto worked in the Corporate Finance and Financial Reporting teams, where he structured debt and capital issuances, developed and implemented a financial information system and produced annual and quarterly reporting as required by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Mexican Stock Exchange. Otto also served as Vice President of the Energy Commission of the Nuevo Leon Chamber of Industrial Transformation (CAINTRA) from August 2007 to November 2008. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
