Staffan Lindstrand

Partner of HealthCap. Prior to joining Odlander Fredrikson in 1997, he gained over 10 years of investment banking experience, mainly with Aros Securities in Sweden. There he gained experience in fields ranging from securitisation to corporate finance advisory work. In his most recent position with Aros Securities, as a Vice President in the firm´s corporate finance department, he specialised in the areas of merger transactions, capital market transactions, financial derivatives and equity incentive programs. Staffan Lindstrand received his M. Sc. in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology of Stockholm.
