Jamie Hale

Jamie is Ladder’s CEO and chief evangelist. He believes life insurance is a fundamentally great product for families and communities and so built Ladder to be the smart, modern way to insure your life. Prior to co­founding Ladder, Jamie was Partner at Aldenwood Capital and at Oak Hill Investment Management, a premier family office with over $12 billion in assets. Jamie also worked at NextCard, pioneering instant credit and the first ‘internet enabled’ Visa card. Jamie is a graduate of Bowdoin College and Harvard Business School.
