Romuald CETKOVIC has been swimming in the deep end of the user experience and digital marketing since 2000. Prior to directs the Maisons du Monde Customer Service, romuald worked in digital marketing and customer expérience at several companies (L’Oréal, Nestle or Randstad). He's also a serial entrepreneur who continuously comes up with new ideas and starts new businesses. He'd graduated from HEC Paris.
