Anne E. Sissel has been Managing Director of Baxter Ventures and also serves as its Vice President and Head. Anne Sissel was a Vice President, Head of Finance and Business Development and Chief Financial Officer for Veracyte, Inc. Anne Sissel also served as the Senior Director of Finance and Business Development at Veracyte, Inc. As an Investment Banker with Goldman, Sachs & Co., she focused on mergers and acquisitions and completed over 15 transactions. Anne Sissel served as an Associate with the Corporate Value Consulting group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. While there, she completed numerous equity valuation and acquisition advisory assignments for clients in the healthcare and consumer products industries. Anne Sissel served as Non-Executive Director of Gliknik, Inc. Anne Sissel has completed over $200 billion in mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions in the healthcare sector. She has transaction and analytical support to senior bankers on a variety of engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory services and strategic capital planning. Anne Sissel has 10 years of experience in finance and investment banking. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charter holder. She serves as Board Observer at Laboratoris Sanifit S.L. Anne Sissel earned her B.S. degree in Finance and International Business from Indiana University and an M.B.A. in Health Care Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
