Angus Norton

Angus Norton is the CEO and Founder of Bodhi Venture Labs. He attended Auckland University of Technology. As a Fractional Executive and Board Advisor, Angus enjoys getting to know and coach the next generation of founders & companies. Angus is a Product leader at his core and coined the term "full stack" executive to describe his approach to scaling great product businesses. What exactly is a Full stack leader? Complete stack leaders have the experience and the proven ability to look from left to right across the business and have held senior roles across almost every aspect of building products and running businesses. Angus has held senior Vice President and General Manager roles at the world's largest high-tech companies, such as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, and Cisco. He has also worked at more minor (but now large) startups, such as Xero, where he was their first Chief Product Officer. But great products also require emotionally intelligent leadership. Angus is a servant leader who has run teams with thousands of people reporting to him and smaller groups reporting to him. He has led talented product marketing, engineering, and product management teams. This whole stack experience is rare among leaders and has shaped his perspective as he helps organizations navigate change, dream big dreams, and grow new and existing businesses.
