Raffael Johnen

Raffael Johnen is CEO and founding partner of auxmoney. Already during his business studies, Raffael Johnen founded his first startup company. He later worked for six years at Investmentbank Rothschild in Frankfurt in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Debt Advisory areas, most recently as Vice President. Raffael Johnen is also the founder of Excellion Capital, a successful company in corporate finance consulting and investment, based in London. As a writer, he made a name for himself when he wrote the chapter on leveraged buyouts in the "Praxishandbuch Unternehmensbewertung".
