Volkan Bicer

Volkan Biçer is the co-founder of Mobilike, a mobile advertisement network. Bicer’e employment history includes his time as product manager of Turkcell’s mobile marketing and advertising department, and community manager at Yahoo, Turkey. Bicer holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Boğaziçi University and an MBA from Galatasaray University.
