Helena Torras

Helena Torras recently co-founded Bwom to change self-care for women. Prior to that, together with the entrepreneurial team, she lead Abiquo, which She joined in 2007 as shareholder. Abiquo raised more than $28M in VC and established operations in US, UK & Spain. She has been Board Director at the Holding Company of Abiquo in USA. She has invested on more than 8 tech startups through Paocapital, and she is / has been Board Director or member of the advisory Board in some promising startups such as Ducksboard or Marfeel, among others. Helena mentors at Wayra, Barcelona Mentoring Program, StartupBootCamp Internet of Things & Data, Menorca Millennials, and Conector. She's board member at ESADE Alumni Entrepreneurship and Circulo Ecuestre of Barcelona, where previously she had been Young President on 2009. She also founded OneDreamClub (1DC) to help executive women to reach their professional goal and now it's merging with The Quorum Initiave (QI) (an american initivative with the same goal). She is member of the board on different initiatives that uplift the benefits of diversity (both, men & women) on boards. Prior, She got her financial experience working as auditor (KPMG), the analytic and strategic vision working as consultant and was CEO of a medical service company. Helena holds a bachelor and MBA in Esade Business School and McGill University.
