Nicolas Draca has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. He is the CMO at Tessian. Prior to Tessian, he was CMO at [HackerRank](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/hackerrank), a technical hiring platform that helps businesses evaluate software developers based on skill, the Vice President of Marketing at [Twilio](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/twilio), a cloud communication company that enables users to use standard web languages to build voice, VoIP, and SMS apps via a web API. In his current role, he holds the key responsibilities in marketing operations, marketing analytics, field and international. He is also an advisor and early investor in several startups and incubators.
