Chuck Brandt

As VP for Technology Programs at Innovation Works, Chuck Brandt coordinates the Technology Commercialization Initiative which has distributed upwards of $3M of early-stage technology development awards annually through its Technology Commercialization Advisory Board (TCAB). The TCAB brings together the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and 30+ member firms along with the participation of Carnegie Mellon University, University of Pittsburgh, Penn State University, and Lehigh University to grow jobs and companies in Pennsylvania focused on advanced electronics and robotic technologies. A graduate of the University of Illinois and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Dr. Brandt has spent the past 30 years in the microelectronics, electronic materials, and tech-based economic development fields.
