Jessica Stacey

Jessica joined Nesta’s Policy and Research team in 2012 to manage its work on accelerator programmes, which are a new way of supporting teams of entrepreneurs to start up a business or venture. This work involves developing a programme of research on accelerators, with the aim of improving the knowledge on their effectiveness and impact. She is also working with several accelerators to build a network of accelerator programmes in Europe, known as the Accelerator Assembly, and she manages Nesta’s investments in accelerator programmes such as Springboard (now TechStars), Bethnal Green Ventures, Innovation RCA and HealthXL.
