Brett Shockley

Brett Shockley is an entrepreneurial tech industry veteran with over 25 years of thought leadership in enterprise software. Currently driving enterprise blockchain based businesses in the FinTech and Customer Engagement industries. He has founded and built entrepreneurial software enterprises including Spanlink and Calabrio as well as transformed large software and services organizations at Cisco and Avaya. Corporate Development includes more than 35 career transactions. He recently advised Broadsoft on their acquisition of Transera, a leader in Cloud SaaS analytics and contact center as well as Fuze, a leader in Cloud SaaS based video, on it’s sale to Thinking Phones. Shockley has served on a number of public and private boards and is the Lead Director for eGain Corporation (NASDAQ: EGAN), a leading provider of cloud based customer engagement applications and Open Access to Cures, a 501c3 foundation focused on accelerating cancer cures. He also serves on the Advisory Boards for VaultBank, a blockchain based based Crypto and Asset Exchange, India based Servion Global Solutions, Virtual Hold Technology and is a startup mentor for enterprise software focused Alchemist Accelerator fund.
