Kenneth Kelly is Founder and CEO of iPPi, a new wave technology company in Dublin. iPPi is an all one Property Analytics Data Platform that provides market intelligence and analytics to anyone connected to the property industry, Providing in-depth, micro and macro analysis on the property market. We are helping to modernise the real estate industry by providing simple and reliable property data solutions to power innovation for business of all sizes. iPPi provides property reports in minutes, improving accuracy and empowering estate agents, valuers, brokers and financial analysts with the cleanest and most current property data insights. Kenneth develops and manages new strategies for a multi-national team working across 4 different time zones. Prior to iPPi, Kenneth founded his own estate agency in London, within one of the world's largest real estate company's, selling luxury homes in London. Kenneth then worked at an operational level in Keller Williams, helping property professionals across the UK and Ireland leverage technology and delivering digital marketing insights. Kenneth has worked in business from an early age, over 10 years, founding companies, and working with luxury brands and products. Building and scaling companies with an energetic entrepreneurial character, his passion is building Proptech. Kenneth's vision is to make the property market a more transparent environment for everyone. When he isn't running iPPi, Kenneth enjoys to run marathons.
