Anj Latif

Anj Latif is the Chief Information Officer at BPX. In partnership with the Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for leading the organisation’s IT strategy and ensuring its alignment with overarching business objectives. His remit includes the management of technology infrastructure, data security, regulatory compliance, software development, and innovation. Anj plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation, managing risk, and ensuring that technology enables customer-centric solutions and scalable growth in a highly regulated, fast-paced financial environment. A highly motivated and ambitious professional, Anj brings over two decades of experience in IT management and networking, particularly within the SME sector. He has worked across a broad range of industries, including retail, legal, manufacturing, finance, and healthcare, leveraging technologies from Cisco, WatchGuard, Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering from Oxford Brookes University.
