Zurab Ashvil is an American technology entrepreneur, software developer, and investor with over 30 years of experience in cybernetics, blockchain, and financial infrastructure. He is the Founder and Chairman of T3RRA, a next-generation platform for tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), and the visionary behind L3COS, the world’s first quantum-safe blockchain-based operating system for governments and institutions. Previously, Ashvil served as Executive Director at SoftBank Capital, where he led early-stage tech investments and contributed to the distributed system architecture that laid the groundwork for cloud computing. He also founded Proluck Inc., Blagodaru Ltd., and the Tbilisi Interbank Currency Exchange (TICEX) — Georgia’s first foreign exchange platform.
