Romain Cottard

Romain Cottard started his career in the strategy department of Schneider Electric's IT Business Unit (American Power Conversion) based in the US, where he worked on M&A opportunities and corporate alliances. He then joined Global Equities Corporate Finance in 2012 and worked on 50+ fundraising and M&A deals in fields including software, online and mobile marketing, media, e-commerce, IT and telecom. As of 2018, Romain works as a Partner at Ader Finance. Romain is a graduate of EMLYON Business School.
