Helen McBreen

Atlantic Bridge Capital is a Global Growth Equity Technology Fund. Helen has successfully sourced, formed and financed dozens of IP rich technology ventures and has built a credible investment track record and brings this expertise in seed investing to Atlantic Bridge. Prior to joining Atlantic Bridge, Helen was at NDRC and a member of it's Investment Committee playing a key role in the allocation of capital into new technology ventures. Helen also held the position of Sales Director at Celtrak Ltd. Helen understands sales intimately, and in her role as Business Advisor to Enterprise Ireland client companies she works with growth stage companies to help them overcome expansion challenges in international markets. Technical at heart, having earned a first class honours electronic engineering degree from UCD and a PhD from The University of Edinburgh, Helen is particularly interested in technologies that are enabling a new breed of business. Throughout her career Helen has added value to many companies with these technologies at their core: AI, robotics, big data & data science, bioinfomatics, medtech, neuroscience, connected health and nanotech. In 2014, Helen received peer recognition when she was listed as one of the Top 100 Women in STEM in Ireland.
