Jill Ridley-Smith

Jill works as a Non-Executive Director and as a business advisor with a special interest area in ESG/Sustainability. Prior to this she spent 8 years as a Private Equity investor and portfolio manager at HgCapital and previously had management roles at GlaxoSmithKline and LEK Consulting. She has worked at Board level for fifteen years. She is currently an NED on Digital Catapult, Smartzer, Pearson Ham and Skarbek. She also provides consultancy services in Sustainability strategic planning and reporting.
