Keith Hamlin

Keith is a Founder and Managing Partner of Third Prime Capital, and is involved in all aspects of the Firm's business. Prior to Third Prime, Keith was a mergers and acquisitions lawyer representing private equity funds in the acquisition, financing and sale of portfolio companies. Subsequently, he managed the alternative investment portfolio for a NY-based family office, focusing on direct investments in private companies, acquisitions of distressed hospitality assets, the development of self-storage and residential condo assets and capital allocation to private equity, venture capital and hedge funds. Keith has been investing personally in private companies since 2005 and currently serves on the boards of Latch, Phase Change Energy Solutions, and The New Primal. He is a graduate of Duke University and Harvard Law School.
