I believe mutual accountability and scalable processes allow teams to do the work well and evolve with technology. Product strategy, at its core, is about scaling with intention. And in over a decade, I’ve traveled from Mississippi to Chicago to Silicon Valley, producing products that shifted culture for Fortune 500 brands, including Apple and Netflix. As a product strategist with an MBA and MIS and an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, I approach every problem with strategy, curiosity, and genuine authenticity, but my primary skillsets are to lead with empathy and radical candor. And I am on a mission to help companies create sustainable solutions. I am a speaker, diversity advocate, and product and culture development leader within the technology space. And even though I’ve been named 40 Under 40 by Silicon Valley Business Journal, I love building community and promoting diversity in tech. I prioritize giving back to organizations like Howard Brown Health, rooted in LGBTQ liberation—as the Vice Chair & Secretary Board of Directors. I also log too many hours in financial trading apps and send help to curve my shoe collector habit.
