Bobby Goswami

Bobby is a General Partner at ABS Capital Partners whose investment interests and experience include software and technology services companies. Prior to joining ABS Capital in 2001, Bobby worked in Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown’s Technology Investment Banking Group, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions. In all, he has nearly ten years of investment banking experience with Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, Merrill Lynch, and Goldman Sachs in equity and fixed income financing, as well as M&A. Bobby’s years in banking gave him a wide-ranging skill set allowing him to rapidly assess companies -- both in understanding their business models and their competitive advantages. He frequently worked with boards and CEOs at premier technology growth companies and has a large network of these executives as a result -- which he frequently calls upon when working with his portfolio companies. Before entering investment banking, Bobby spent four years in the systems practice at Andersen Consulting where he gained a deep understanding of technology and development issues.
