Maria Eduarda Falcão

Maria Eduarda "Duda" Falcão is a founding partner at Gera Venture Capital and is also a co-CEO of Eleva Educação. She began her career in 2005 at McKinsey and later worked in the private equity sector at PCP-UBS Pactual. Duda also worked at Secretaria Municipal de Educação do Rio de Janeiro, coordinating a strategic project for young learners. She has a degree in business administration from the University of Virginia.
