As seed investor, invested in over fifty seed startups. Led the efforts for development of Fund-of-Funds legislation which deployed $200 million in VC Funds. Author of two books: (1) "The Business of Venture Capital: Insights from Leading Practitioners on the Art of Raising a Fund, Deal Structuring, Value Creation, and Exit Strategies" (Wiley Finance, 2011) (2) Co-author of "Startup Boards" with VC Brad Feld.
