William Ware

William Ware originally from the small county of Gloucester, Virginia and is attending the University of the People for his Bachelors in Business Administration while working at the government contracting firm MAXIMUS. William Ware has an extensive background of working through and resolving complex issues in organizations. While working for a store front retailor he determined gaps in sales strategy and opened a new department focusing on Wholesale only clients vastly increasing sales. At his current company William Ware found small issues with the time it was taking supervisors and leads to do their performance audits and automated the entire process. Currently William Ware is living slightly north of Washington, Dc. He is still working with MAXIMUS and enjoying learning new skills through the online organization Alison.com, the online University of the People and from his not online colleges who constantly teach him in ways he can only imagine. “Ware there is a Will there is a Way”
