Steve has been at the forefront of tech innovation for more than three decades. He invented and owns a patent on an early version of the optical mouse, founded Infoseek, one of the first Internet search engines, and helped create FrameMaker, a popular publication tool used by technical writers. Sick of having 357 different usernames and passwords, Steve founded OneID in September 2011. The company is backed by Vinod Khosla’s Khosla Ventures. He helped rid the world of junk faxes, establishing an organization for businesses and consumers and winning lawsuits and judgments against junk fax operations. Steve holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from MIT.
