Ibukun Dairo

Ibukun Dairo is a seasoned engineering leader, platform architect, and DevOps strategist with over a decade of experience building high-impact infrastructure for startups and global enterprises. He is the Founder of Cuesoft Inc., a remote-first consultancy delivering platform engineering and developer tooling to clients across Africa and the U.S. Under his leadership, Cuesoft launched CueTA (Talent Academy) and Cueprise (a SaaS platform for African SMEs), while mentoring 30+ junior engineers and delivering 20+ production-grade MVPs. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at Paramount's PlutoTV (via Andela), Ibukun leads platform reliability and observability efforts for a microservices ecosystem serving millions of users. His work with OpenTelemetry, Datadog, and SLO-driven alerting has helped reduce critical incidents by 35% and MTTR by 40%. Previously, Ibukun served as the founding DevOps/SRE engineer at Traive Finance, scaling infrastructure from seed to Series B. He has also contributed to open-source observability platforms like OneUptime and built developer tooling for teams across fintech, media, and SaaS sectors. He holds an MBA in Artificial Intelligence from Nexford University (3.83 GPA), a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Ibadan, and a Nanodegree in AI Programming with Python from Udacity.
