Joshua Empson

Josh Empson is a managing director based in our New York office. Prior to joining Providence in 2013, he was a partner at NantCapital, an investment firm he co-founded, focused on media, mobile technology and healthcare software and services. Previously, he was a managing director at Forstmann Little & Co. where he led several investments in media and sports. Prior to that, he was head of corporate development at United Online, a leading provider of consumer products and services over the internet. Earlier in his career, he served in various roles at NBC. Mr. Empson received a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
