Marcin Smolinski

Before establishing Happy Team Check in 2014, Marcin was a leader in HR with Hewlett Packard and Microsoft. In 2006 he joined the Google People Operations team, where he was one of its earliest employees. During his time at Google, Marcin built and managed very happy and engaged teams in several European locations, was awarded several productivity awards including the Google Innovation Award, and graduated from the company’s elite Basecamp program. In 2014 Marcin founded Toolbox for HR, and since then he’s been helping small and medium-sized technology businesses around the world to build, grow, manage and maintain happy teams.
