Dan Werth

Dan Werth is the Chief Operating Officer at Ste Michelle Wine Estates. Ste. Michelle Wine Estates is a premium wine company that is proud to call Washington State home. Ste. Michelle is a collection of distinctive winery estates from some of the best regions in the world. Dan joined Ste. Michelle Wine Estates with more than 20 years of experience in the Alcohol Beverage industry. He is passionate about company culture and the customer experience, and is looking to build on Chateau Ste Michelle’s status as a leader in providing great wine experiences in the state of Washington and around the world. Prior to joining Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, Dan was the Chief Customer Officer at MillerCoors. He spent over 20 years at MillerCoors, joining the company in 1999. He was appointed the role of Chief Customer Officer in 2015. Dan began his career as a CPA Accountant at KMPG before joining Altria as a Financial Analyst and then eventually a Sales Director. He holds BBA from James Madison University and completed Executive Development Programs at the University of Oxford – Said Business School and London Business School.
