Mike Marcantonio

Mike Marcantonio currently serves as a Partner at LiveOak Venture Partners. Prior to joining the investment firm, Mike spent over five years working at Blue Heron Capital. Mike has a decade of financial services and private equity investing experience. He worked at Harris Williams & Co., a middle-market investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions. Mike previously worked at PillarRx Consulting as a Board Observer. He attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and James Madison University. Mike executed sell-side M&A assignments for clients across a diverse set of industries including healthcare, consumer products, and transportation & logistics. Mike had previously worked at American Capital, a publicly-traded private equity firm, where he focused on pre-investment due diligence, valuation, and portfolio company management. Prior to joining American Capital, Mike worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Audit and Assurance Services group in Washington, DC. He focused on technology, information, communications, and entertainment businesses. Mike Marcantonio holds a bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting from James Madison University and he earned his MBA at Duke University.
