Bill Harding

(Bill) William J. Harding is the Board Director of IntelePeer Inc. He is also a Managing Director at VantagePoint Capital Partners. Bill joined VantagePoint in 2007, bringing with him more than 22 years of experience in Venture Capital. Prior to VantagePoint, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley & Co. and President of Morgan Stanley Venture Partners. Before Morgan Stanley, Bill was a General Partner of several venture capital partnerships affiliated with J. H. Whitney & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mathematics and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona. Ph.D. in Engineering from Arizona State University. He also served as an Officer in the Military Intelligence Branch of the United States Army Reserve
