Leveraging over 20 years of global industry expertise in culture, strategy, organisational design, leadership and innovation across public and private companies, she is a passionate advocate for building organisations to be more human, participative and resilient. Additionally, she is the Chief Operating Officer of Anthemis Digital Acquisitions, a 100% female-led and ESG-focused special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC), is a member of the Fintech for All Steering Committee and was recognised under RealDeals Future 40 Diversity & Inclusion Leaders, Innovate Finance’s Women in FinTech Powerlist Stand out 45 and operates as a CultureTech advisor.
