Jim White

As Co-Founder and President of NewComLink, Jim brings deep strength and leadership of over 30 years in the retail credit industry where he developed new concepts to their full potential. His expertise has been creating and executing winning business strategies that produce substantial growth and profitability, with an emphasis on building high performing organizations. Before joining NewComLink, Jim led all online and offline business channels at Dell Financial Services (DFS) as VP for Consumer. Before his work at DFS, Jim co-founded and was President for five years at Retail Credit Solutions, Inc. (RCSI). Jim’s successful launch and leadership of RCSI was preceded by his three-year tenure at Associates Financial Services Company, Inc. (acquired by Citi), as VP, National Business Development Director and Founding Executive of Associates Retail Credit Services (ARCS). Jim’s financial services career started at Household International (HSBC), where he learned invaluable skills in Household’s Executive Development Program and accelerated through several promotions and into various leadership positions, primarily senior-level roles with Household Retail Services, Inc.
