Alon Kuperman

Alon joined Atomico in August 2012 as a Senior Investment Manager, focusing on sourcing, evaluation, negotiation and due diligence of investment opportunities. Previously, Alon worked at Silver Lake Partners where he focused on sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities in EMEA. During his tenure at Silver Lake, Alon handled Skype as a portfolio company and was involved in its sale to Microsoft. Prior to Silver Lake, Alon worked in the Investment Banking Division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised on the sale of MIRS Communications to Altice, sale of Zentiva to Sanofi Aventis, acquisition of Integrated Dental Holding by Merrill Lynch Private Equity, Acquisition of Arab Pharmaceutical Manufacturers by Hikma, acquisition of minority stake in Bank Leumi by Azrieli Group and the IPO of Exillon Energy on the London Stock Exchange. Alon graduated from the London School of Economics with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Economics and speaks fluent Hebrew and advanced Russian.
