Peter Roshko is the General Partner of Boulder Ventures. He is a former General Partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures. He attended Stanford University and Harvard Business School. Mr. Roshko has over thirty years of venture capital and investing expertise focused on early stage information technology companies. He currently serves on the boards of DatAvail Corporation and Xifin, Inc. Prior to joining Boulder Ventures in late 1998, Mr. Roshko ran a technology hedge fund, Granite Investments, which focused on fundamental analysis and a value oriented approach to public market technology investing. Beginning in 1984, Mr. Roshko was a General Partner at Mohr, Davidow Ventures (MDV) where he concentrated in software, medical devices and services. His successful investments at MDV included: Albion Instruments, Inc. (sold to BOC/OHMEDA), Elsewhere Corporation (sold to Hewlett Packard), Prism Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRZM), and Tigon Corporation (sold to Ameritech). Mr. Roshko was a Board member of Vantive Corporation for 9 years from its founding through its IPO and subsequent sale to PeopleSoft, Inc. (NASDAQ: PSFT). He was a Board Member of Rally Software Development, Corp. for 10 years from its founding to its IPO in 2013 (NYSE: RALY) and BroadHop, Inc. until it was sold to Cisco Systems, Inc. in 2013 (NASDAQ: CSCO).
