Roman Rusev has been in the real estate industry since junior high. Starting at the age of 17, Roman scaled a flooring company with 25+ technicians and grown it into a large outfit Property Service company. During last year of college, he has built over 100 homes across several markets. With extensive experience in real estate, investment, and business development Roman co-founded Field Complete, the new and upcoming platform for property service providers who can't use current solutions on the market.
