Ilya Pozin is an entrepreneur, writer and investor. He is the founder of Pluto TV, Open Me (acquired), and Coplex. He is a columnist for Forbes and Inc. In 2012, Inc. Magazine recognized Ilya as a '30 Under 30' Entrepreneur. In 2013, LinkedIn selected Ilya as one of 100 Top Influencers, along with the likes of Richard Branson, Barack Obama, Tony Robbins and Mark Cuban. An early immigrant from Russia, Ilya founded his first company Coplex (formerly Ciplex) when he was 17-years-old. Coplex is a multi-million dollar interactive agency that has been behind the build of thousands of websites and applications, as well as management of millions of dollars of marketing and media buys. After stepping down from the CEO role at Coplex, Ilya founded Open Me, a consumer-focused social greeting and gifting company. After partnering with Threadless and successfully raising capital for the business, the company quickly grew to millions of users. Open Me was acquired by Rowl in 2015. In 2013, Ilya co-founded Pluto TV, an OTT television platform that combines digital and traditional content into 100+ linear channels. Pluto TV raised $13M led by US Venture Partner, Sky, Universal Music Group, UTA, and other prominent investors.
