With over twenty years of experience building and scaling high performing executive leadership teams, there are not that many people who love what they do more than Brad. A former NBA team senior executive, Brad is a committed family man, avid traveler, sports addict and is known as the firm’s mathlete. On top of his responsibilities as a Partner, he also manages to find the time to contribute to the Boards of the University of Idaho and Boys & Girls Club.
