Rumen manages the application process, the pre-selection and the portfolio relations. Before joining the Hub he had his own business consultancy practice focused on solving business issues and helping companies and their management to achieve various business goals. During his professional career he has held various senior expert level positions at some of the biggest multinationals in Utilities and Insurance in the CEE Region. During his spare time, Rumen can be found somewhere high in the mountains.
