Chauncey Hamilton

Chauncey Kerr Hamilton is a Partner at XYZ Venture Capital. She joined the First Round team in December of 2013 as a Partner Operations Manager. In this role, she works directly with Partner Rob Hayes, supporting him and his community companies. Previously, Chauncey was a Special Projects Manager at WIRED where she worked on events and created meaningful programs for advertising partners. Prior to that, Chauncey worked on the sales team at Thrillist. Chauncey graduated from Trinity College with a BA in History and a minor in Italian Studies. She was captain of the Trinity Squash team and ran the kitchen at St. Anthony Hall her senior year.
