Ms. Shirley Schoenfeld is an investor and operator with over a decade of experience building, advising, and investing in early stage technology companies, mainly in Israel and to a lesser extent in Europe and the US. She is an independent early investor in Venus Aerospace, XPay, Inkbox, Krab, and Activeloop. Ms. Schoenfeld is a Venture Partner at M2M Ventures, Israel’s first aerospace focused venture fund. In 2019, she co-founded Seneca VC LLC, which has invested in Strattic, FYI, The Coven, Elpha and Archipelo. Prior to founding Seneca, she was a Principal at 83North (Greylock Israel), responsible for sourcing, diligencing and supporting investments in enterprise software, fintech and applied AI. From 2013-2017 she was the CEO of Nooyalla, a technology advisory firm focused on product strategy and capital raising. Prior to that, she was the Structured Finance Head of Growth at Standard & Poor’s and led the launch of new enterprise data and regulatory tech products. Ms. Schoenfeld started her career at Morgan Stanley, as VP Enterprise Infrastructure where she supported strategic and operational initiatives such as core banking projects, desktop virtualization, and the post-GFC joint venture between the wealth management businesses of Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley. Shirley holds an MBA (Strategy, Finance) from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA (Economics) from Harvard University.
