Prakhar Bindal

Prakhar Bindal is a serial entrepreneur, trader and an early stage investor. Prakhar is the Founder & CEO of Namekart, a private open-ended alternative investment vehicle exclusively invested in Internet Domain Names, Web Properties and Early Stage Internet Startups. He has helped Fortune 500 & Fortune 100 clients acquire premium domain names for their new ventures, and, in just over two years, has scaled the company to an AUM of over $10 Million with sales to 100+ clients in 20+ countries. Prior to this, he worked in the Re-Insurance Team in the Financial Research group at D. E. Shaw, where he priced reinsurance contracts worth $50M+ for US Insurance Majors. Prakhar holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from BITS-Pilani. A gadget freak and an avid chess player, he enjoys collecting matchbox labels and reading business fiction.
