Miles Bird

Miles has been investing in and advising startups in the bay area for the past seven years, first as the first hire at an impact-focused accelerator where he helped three cohorts of companies raise over $100M in venture funding and most recently at two institutional venture funds, Correlation Ventures and Tuesday Capital (FKA Crunchfund) where he sourced and supported over 20 early-stage investments. The entrepreneurial bug bit him even earlier when he dropped out of college for a year to start the first Mongolia-focused public equities fund after interning in the country for a summer. Few things are more rewarding for him than supporting founders with a glint in their eye, hell-bent on shaping the world for the better. Today, Miles heads real estate partnerships at Meter, the next generation WiFi and Networking solution for commercial spaces, and he continues to invest in mission-driven founders as an angel investor and advise VCs and family offices on venture capital investments.
