Shrirang conceptualised ORIGA Leasing and is responsible for strategy, business development, fund raising and overall management of the company. He comes with 12 years of corporate finance background. His prior experience involves providing growth strategy and raising funds for high growth companies across segments. He was also a founding team member in India of Clearwater Capital Partners, a private equity fund focusing on distressed debt. He was responsible for active investment management and LBO transactions in SE Asia. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and CFA Level 1 and visiting faculty to various institutions in India. He is also invited as speaker for various topics of corporate finance.
