Radboud Vlaar

Radboud is a Managing Partner at Finch Capital. Radboud sits on the board of directors of Safened, Salviol, Trussle, Goodlord, Brickblock, Hiber, Squirro, DIG, Supply Finance and Twinco. Prior to founding the firm in 2013, Radboud was a partner at McKinsey & Company, focused on Financial Services, PE and M&A. He co-lead globally the firms Digital Banking activities and was a member of the EMEA Banking Leadership. Prior to McKinsey, Radboud worked at TPG. Radboud is a member of the Supervisory Board of Robeco, where he is a member of the Audit & risk and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Radboud holds 4 master’s degrees from Groningen University.
