Bryce Knight is an American entrepreneur and venture capitalist. Bryce is the founder and CEO of PrivateMarket, a financial technology company that operates digital investment platform that connects accredited investors with Pre-IPO investment opportunities in the world's most promising private technology companies. Previously, Bryce founded INVENT Ventures (ticker: IDEA), the only publicly-traded technology incubator in America at the time. Headquartered in Santa Monica, California, Bryce led IDEA as Chairman & CEO for seven years from 2010 to early 2017. Bryce co-founded and served as an Executive or as Chairman of the Board of Directors for multiple venture-backed technology companies that were incubated at INVENT including Sanguine BioSciences, Revenue.com, and Stockr. Earlier in his career, Bryce was the Chief Executive Officer of Small Cap Strategies, Inc. (ticker: SMCA), a publicly-traded Business Development Company (BDC) that invested in early and growth-stage private companies. After accepting the CEO role, Bryce became the youngest CEO of a publicly-traded investment company in America Before leading Small Cap Strategies, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Global Beverage Solutions, Inc. (ticker: GBVS), a publicly-traded closed-end investment fund investing in the beverage industry. During his tenure at GBVS, Bryce was the youngest CFO of a publicly-traded investment company in the US. Bryce graduated Magna Cum Laude with an M.B.A. and B.A. in Business from Bellarmine University, Rubel School of Business.
