Yuri Namikawa

Yuri Namikawa is an associate at Norwest Venture Partners. Her role is focused on early to late stage venture investments across a wide range of sectors at Norwest, with an emphasis on consumer Internet. Prior to joining Norwest, Yuri was a business operations associate at Udemy, where she worked closely with the CEO and in financial and strategic planning. In this role, she also helped to improve the operating model to support the company’s rapid growth, drove analysis to assist teams in regular tracking and goaling of KPIs, participated in multiple product development cycles, and collaborated cross-functionally with senior leaders in management for presenting updates to the board of directors. Before Udemy, Yuri was a technology investment banking analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Equity Capital Markets group. In this role, she advised technology companies on raising capital in public and private markets, with select deal experience including IPOs and follow-ons for Square, Fitbit, Pure Storage, Atlassian, and Tesla. Yuri holds a bachelor of science in management science & engineering from Stanford University.
